We guarantee that your work will be executed and delivered before the expiration of the said period. Usually we end the execution of your work a bit earlier. If you are satisfied with the work, any additional time for completion is not required. Please note that the turnaround time is counted from the date of receipt of advance payment on account of the company.
As I know from my work ready?
Once your work is ready, you will receive Email notification. Also on the progress of its work, you can learn by watching the status of the order in My Account on the website or by contacting us by phone.
What if I would like to submit additional files for the artist?
In this case, you need to log in, click on the conversation with the manager, and attach the file to the chat. If your files are not loaded, please contact customer service representative or send documents directly to our e-mail, stating your order number.
