Each employee has different things that inspire him or her to do the job duties that are given while offering great hospitality to the customer of the motel. To make sure that my personal employees are doing a great job I must figure out what motivates those to come to work and give this great assistance on which the hotel will take such pride in. What shall I personally use?
I feel that the very best motivation ideas to use with my staff would be the Maslow theory as well as the Mayo theory. The Mayo theory would be good for my personal employees who also are enthusiastic and interested in the job. In respect to Bardi, J. (2007) this thery works best for anyone employees who take pride in their work and do a good task because they love the work they do. To motivate these kinds of employees it is always good to let them understand how good of the job they are really doing, offer recognitions intended for the excellent customer service along with taking a interest in these people. The Maslow motivation theory would help me out too with the staff that are not so enthusiastic and motivated and that are making the hospitality being offered imbalanced. This kind of theory relating to Bardi, J. (2007) this theory requires all of us to take a look at every individual person to see what inspires them. It will be pretty difficult to try and utilize the same strategy on every staff members because everyone has diverse learning models and different points that inspire them.
